The Confirm Trades setting allows you to prioritize speed to execution.
When toggled on (green) you will be required to click buy or sell prior to sending a transaction.
When toggled off (red) you will send a transaction immediately after selecting your amount to buy or % to sell.
NOTE: Simple mode will always have confirm trades OFF.
